Schoolwide Innovation Grants

The Schoolwide Innovation Grants Program is designed to move effective instructional practices from isolated classrooms to broader, scalable impact across Collier County Public Schools. Through significant, multi-year grants, Champions For Learning will support the structured implementation and refinement of innovative practices across multiple schools. Grant focus areas and participating schools will be jointly identified by Champions For Learning and Collier County Public Schools based on alignment with district priorities, potential for district-wide scaling, and demonstrated promise for improving student outcomes. District-level instructional teams will support implementation to ensure coherence with broader initiatives, allowing successful practices to be tested rigorously and positioned for potential long-term adoption using school district resources.
