Student Programs

College Students

Upon graduation from high school, 89% of Champions For Learning high school students become first-generation college students. These students face unique challenges while enrolled in college that often prevent them from earning their degree or credential. As a result, only 26% of first-generation college students in the United States receive their college degree whereas 76% of Champions For Learning college students earn their degree or credential. We are able to boast such an incredible success rate because of the continued support and resources Champions For Learning provides to our students while in college, technical school, and the military. We hold virtual workshops throughout the academic year and help our students secure additional funding opportunities, including scholarships for emergency or unmet needs, to ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to achieve their educational and career goals.
