Scholarships
Champions For Learning is proud to partner with Suncoast Credit Union to provide the Suncoast Credit Union Scholars Program to deserving students in Collier County. Selected eligible students are provided with a $2,000 scholarship award. This is a one-year, non-renewable award. Up to five scholarships will be awarded in Collier County. Scholarship funds are to be used for tuition and fees required to enroll full-time and attend an eligible educational institution in Florida in the 24-25 academic year. Scholarship funds may also be used for other direct course-related expenses—such as fees, books, supplies, and equipment—provided they are required of all students in the course of instruction. The scholarship cannot be used for transportation, housing, or dormitory costs. To be eligible for this award, the student must complete the 2024-2025 Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and qualify to receive a Pell Grant (additional income eligibility criteria may be added due to pending changes with the FAFSA this year).
