Through the implementation of the community-based Golden Apple Recognition Program, Champions For Learning recognizes teachers who impact student learning through innovative and best practices. This year, more than fifty different schools will be represented by a Teacher of Distinction who has shared a practice through the Golden Apple process. From this group five will be honored as Golden Apple Recipients.
In addition to the recognition and highlighting of the Golden Apple dinner, presented by Suncoast Credit Union on April 16, the teachers are sharing their practices through short videos.
