“Being able to share ideas with other teachers and have the community’s support in being innovative helps me to try things that help my students have experiences that connect their learning to real life,” says Susan Decaster, a Laurel Oak Elementary teacher.
Last school year, Champions For Learning was able to raise $71,012 which helped fund 153 classroom grants. Thanks to generous community members, like you, students were able to participate in a range of activities.
