Our Current Openings
The Chief Development Officer (CDO) leads the philanthropic strategy for the Education Foundation of Collier County – Champions For Learning, driving growth and sustainability. This executive role focuses on building strong donor relationships, increasing visibility through strategic marketing, and fostering a donor-centric culture. The CDO integrates donor relations with innovative marketing efforts to grow revenue, deepen engagement, and build brand loyalty. As a key leader, the CDO collaborates with the President, CEO, and Board of Directors, providing strategic input to ensure long-term stability, organizational evolution, and a culture of philanthropy, while driving impactful, sustainable fundraising initiatives.
The Director of Human Resources and Operations supports Champions For Learning’s mission, strategy, and annual goals by overseeing and coordinating the organization’s core administrative functions. This position manages Human Resources, Technology, Facilities, and Front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient organizational performance. The Director of Human Resources and Operations collaborates with department leaders to maintain essential administrative processes, compliance, and support functions.
