Senior Director of Student Programs

Champions For Learning, the Education Foundation of Collier County, is seeking a Senior Director of Student programs to lead the programs that serve middle/high school students in college and career readiness preparation. This includes program and concept development, records management, , student selection processes, student intervention process, outcome reporting and accountability, volunteer and donor cultivation, events and workshops, and day-to-day supervision of and support for staff team in implementing the plan to achieve desired results for students. This is a full-time position that would entail evenings and weekends as required by the programming in service to families.

Undergraduate degree required, along with content knowledge in college access, career preparation and financial aid, and staff management experience. Ideal candidate has excellent communications skills, leadership ability, and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, along with solid database and technology skills. Ideal personal characteristics include professionalism, integrity, confidence, enthusiasm, and good judgment.

Finance Director

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to manage and plan the organization’s financial growth strategies. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree and be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and have the communication skills to work with the board of directors, executive leadership team and staff. The goal is to achieve sustainable financial control and growth.
