College and Career Coordinator

Champions For Learning is seeking a College & Career Coordinator to facilitate college access and career readiness for students, parents, and volunteers. Required skills include strong written/verbal communication, ability to facilitate discussions, lead student activities, and navigate web-based learning platforms. Position has a variable schedule that requires late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.

Bachelor’s degree required with a focus on education or social services preferred. Bilingual preferred. Full-time.

Administrative and Database Coordinator

Champions For Learning is seeking a Full-Time Administrative and Database Coordinator to work with the programs team, and coordinate the administrative functions of the Program Departments. This position will require significant expertise in database management, with the ability to adapt to learning new platforms. Responsibilities will include coordinating the record management of students, alumni, and mentors (electronic and paper records), as is pertains to selection processes and program; supporting the operational aspects of the student selection processes; assisting with program logistics; and expertly executing mailings/tracking/follow up as it relates to documentation or programming. Some programming is on evenings or weekends, requiring a flexible schedule.

Candidate is required to have a 2 or 4-year degree, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn multiple databases, communication and event software. Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish is preferred. Full-time.
